Parents
Transitioning from high school to college is a huge step in a persons life. All of the brothers have been the new student that needs help and the older brothers are always there to help with the transition process. Whether it is a study buddy for a class, help with time management or assistance with anything at Pitt they are here to help. Fraternities are social networks that are here to support your son in making this transition a successful one as well as giving them friendships and memories that will last them a lifetime. Our chapter consists of a wide variety of backgrounds and personalities and are welcome to any student interested in joining. Sigma Alpha Mu gives your student a network that will help them after graduation, as well as assist them in creating a well-rounded individual. Through academic success, philanthropic activities and much more Sigma Alpha Mu will be something that helps your student feel more comfortable with their college experience. As did most of our parents you probably have questions you would like answered. Feel free to contact the chapter and speak to one of the brothers about their experience with the fraternity and have them answer any questions you have.
